Who is this person that insists upon putting her thoughts about life and her love of chocolate? I am a shy person by nature. I am also a casual not quite in the closet gamer who knows that she is dancing close to the edge of addiction. Foggy evenings on the shore of a lake is one of my favorite sights that I find refreshing. Especially when there are tress scattered about on the edge of the viewing distance. Their bold silhouettes are softened by the mist and fog and gives the world around you an ethereal feel.

My Hardware Background

When I first started playing World of Warcraft, I was using a 13″ Core2 Duo Macbook. A few months ago I upgraded to a 15″ i7 MacBook Pro. I have my own reasons for sticking with Apple and most of them are because I have fewer technical issues on the Mac then I do with other PCs. This is a personal preference. Other systems are fine, but there is less of a learning curve involved with owning an MacBook Pro than there is for a similar machine that runs Windows (Linux/Unix folks, I tip my hat to you guys. I haven’t the time to try and figure out how to build and work with your systems; although, I do dabble a bit with Terminal). Chalk it up to 20+ years of using the operating system from early Oregon Trail gamingĀ  to writing papers in college.

My Gaming Background

I am more of a board gamer and a lover of Canasta and Cribbage. I have had some exposure to the table top systems like D&D. World of Warcraft is my first experience with MMORPG. Paper puzzles like word searches and Sudoku are my normal morning companions with a cup of Chai.

My Personal Background

I am a working professional at a biotech company where I spend my time working with pipettes or tearing my hair out over documentation. I am a moonlight muser and as such random thoughts will grab hold and must be written down. Sometimes these thoughts make it out into the open.
